Sara Cox Shows Women Over 50 Can Achieve Anything.

Sara Cox’s ultra-run proves women over 50 can achieve incredible goals. Discover how midlife women can boost confidence, overcome self-doubt, and thrive.

Midlife is a New Chapter, not a Limit

When Sara Cox recently completed her ultra-run for Children in Need, she shattered assumptions about age and achievement. Her message is clear; women are never too old to pursue new challenges. Whether you’re over 50, navigating midlife transitions or looking to rediscover your confidence, Sara’s story reminds us that the only limits are the ones we place on ourselves.

Resilience Through Awareness

Midlife can feel like a time of reflection, change, or even uncertainty. Many women notice self-doubt, fatigue, or worry about their capabilities creeping in. Stories like Sara’s highlight the importance of resilience, mindset and courage, showing that strength and determination don’t fade with age, they evolve.

Rewriting Your Story in Midlife

Sometimes, we inherit a narrative about what’s ‘possible’ for us in midlife. We might tell ourselves that certain achievements are behind us or that it’s too late to chase a dream. Sara run is a perfect example of breaking free from limiting beliefs. Midlife is an opportunity to write a new story; one where confidence, vitality and joy are central.

How Hypnotherapy Can Help Women Over 50

If you’re feeling held back by fear, self-doubt or old patterns, hypnotherapy can help you reconnect with your inner strength. By working with your subconscious mind, hypnotherapy allows you to…

  • Release outdated self-limiting beliefs.
  • Reduce anxiety and stress that hold you back.
  • Boost confidence and motivation for new challenges.
  • Reconnect with your sense of purpose and joy.

Much like training for a run, creating change in midlife requires guidance, practice and self-compassion. Hypnotherapy helps you navigate this transformation gently but powerfully.

Sara Cox’s ultra-run proves that age is not a barrier, it's a stage of opportunity. Midlife women can achieve extraordinary goals, whether it’s starting a new career, pursuing a passion or reclaiming confidence and vitality.

With the right mindset anything is possible. Remember, you are capable, you are strong and your midlife journey is just beginning.

About Me

Today I wake up feeling clear, steady and actually excited about the day ahead. But when perimenopause hit I felt overwhelmed, exhausted and full of self-doubt. I know how it feels when confidence disappears, anxiety takes over and you wonder where you went.

That’s why I do this work. Hypnotherapy, self-hypnosis and breathwork changed everything for me, not just in how I think, but in how I feel every day.

Now, as a certified Hypnotherapist, Counsellor and Breathwork Practitioner, I have spent years helping midlife women do the same.
